What's on the workbench?
This is multiple day workshop where you will be using the bandsaw, clamps and planer to create 2 boards that are unique, yet identical to each other.
In this class you'll learn to use the bandsaw to cut curves in horizontal and vertical patterns. To join the pieces you will learn lamination and practice it twice. You will start with 2 colour contrasting species of wood and mix the two together in alternating blocks, similar to a chess board. End results are 2 twin boards, keep both or gift one to your other half!
Note that this class takes place over 3 days. Perfect for couples or best friends (bffs).
Beginner friendly. No prerequisites required.
